Malyagiri Plot
Parshu’s father gets sick one day and needs a lot of money to get well. Since Parshu’s family cannot pay the money, he makes the decision to climb Malyagiri in order to gather the supposedly curative Vedic leaves. Even though Parshu’s trek to Malyagiri is dangerous, he is adamant on saving his father. He encounters Champa (Suryamayee Mahapatra), a young woman who decides to accompany him on his journey. Throughout their voyage, Parshu and Champa encounter numerous obstacles, but they are able to overcome them all with the support of one another and the local residents. Ultimately, Parshu ascends Malyagiri’s peak and gathers the Vedic leaves. When he gets back home, his father’s condition has been cured.
