He was born on September 21, 1992, in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Before entering into the film industry, Kartikeya worked as a software engineer in Bengaluru.

Kartikeya made his acting debut with the Telugu film “Prematho Mee Karthik” in 2017. However, he gained recognition for his performance in the film “RX 100” in 2018, which was directed by Ajay Bhupathi.
